Residential Yard Debris Service

If It Grows, It Goes! October 1st – Accepting Food Scraps!

For our city customers, yard debris curbside recycling is a yearly subscription service for only $4.90 per month.

How does it work?

Keep materials loose in roll cart, do not compact or bag any material. There is a 200 pound cart limit for yard debris carts.

Collection will occur every other week on the same day your garbage is collected. Place your cart at the curb by 6:00 a.m. or the night before.

Acceptable Materials

Food scraps, including meat, dairy, produce, and bakery.

Unacceptable materials include:

Rocks, sod, dirt, garbage, plastic bags of any kind, plastic wrap, plastic containers, produce stickers, processed or cooked fruits or vegetables, pet waste, food ware (paper plates, plastic cups/utensils), hoses, rakes, other gardening tools, compostable or biodegradable products.
